Computational Genomics & Single Cell RNA-Seq Analysis
We are seeking a highly motivated Computational Postdoctoral Fellow with expertise in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and other genomics approaches to join our research team at our newly established Verge Center at UCSD. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting high-dimensional single-cell and bulk transcriptomic data, integrating multi-omic datasets, and developing computational pipelines to address fundamental biological questions.
